We love sushi, and we love Truckee, so it was natural for us to combine the two. At Drunken Monkey, we constantly innovate to bring new dishes to life. We push the boundaries of cuisine, with ingredients, techniques and flavor profiles so that your experience is unique whether you're a weeknight regular, or a first time visitor.
As innovation expands our access to great ingredients, we have developed relationships with the best suppliers on the West Coast. Our fish is brought in daily from the same suppliers serving some of San Francisco's most revered sushi restaurants. We work with local providers whenever we can to bring world-class fish together with local organic ingredients. The result is an experience that is respectful of the great traditions of sushi but definitively Truckee born.
