The Shabu Shabu Pot is finally here! Shabu Shabu translates to "swish swish" in Japanese. Thinly sliced all natural Angus beef is dipped in boiling stock on your table top hot pot, then dipped into your choice of sesame ginger sauce or citrus ponzu sauce. It's a very simple and very good way to eat in our cold weather. Winter is here and it is just very warming to have hot pot on your table, just like at home. We have also been serving a seafood hot pot for past two weeks. Both are a wonderful experience and you should try them at least once.
