Drunken Monkey Sushi is currently hiring for several positions
- Experienced Sushi Chef: Production, prep and set up for sushi line, whole fish butchery, fine knife skills, and portion control. Ability to prepare Maki, Nigiri and Sashimi. Understanding of multiple fish cuts. Cross over in the kitchen is preferred. Must be available for day and night shifts, seven days a week. Position is full time 5 days a week.
- Kitchen Prep and Line 2: Production and preparation for hot line, off site and sushi line back up. Quality knife skills, eye for detail, quality control, and timely completion of projects a must. Meat butchery, sauce and soup production. Line experience will start with fryer and griddle. Can be part time or full time, min 5 hrs a day.
